Hi Matt
Yes I think it was a post of yours I looked at on here-

I have a epic pump on a1998 tourneo and its leaking bad - Its dripping at the bottom but could be from anywhere on the pump I just cant see where its coming from so am going to change any seals and o-rinsg I can with out removing the pump also it runs on when I turn it off so that's why I need to also change the Plunger.

Do you have the o rings and what other seals could it be that are leaking and do you have them?

Thanks

The 2 common seals are the hall sensor (take the pump off) and the one that joins the 2 halves of the pump body together...

So you might get lucky and it being the ESOS seals - but I doubt it. The kit comes with new O rings.

You can buy complete gasket kits on ebay for about £60

Hi,Matt I NEED HELP !!

I replaced the plunger and o rings today on the EPIC PUMP and the van would NOT start so i put the old plunger and spring back in and it started rightaway What could i be doing wrong also my old plunger has no rubber part on the end at all.

The reason am changing the plunger is the van wont turn of you need to turn it on and off again for it to stop.

Thanks hope you can help.

Only time thats happened for me is when I put the spring in wrong and it crushed - keeping the solenoid closed.
