Needed - injector leak-off return pipe, bosch system 1990

Postby Katy » Tue Jun 01, 2021 12:57 pm

Hi if anyone can help or direct me to somewhere/someone who might be able to I'd appreciate it. I'm trying to get my old-lady transit ambulance conversion back on the road. I need an:
Injector leak-off return pipe. Bosch system. Ford OE number: 844F9K022BAD
Ford Finish number: 6148163
For Ford Transit Ambulance conversion 1989/1990
2.5di diesel banana engine.
The garage has been hunting to no avail.
Grateful thanks to anyone able to help :)

The one I posted is for vehicles with CAV injection pumps - the difference will be minimal. The pipe with the banjo on may work off the bat, or may need to be extended/shortened or spliced in to the existing with a piece of fuel hose.

Don't know if that helps?

If the plastic pipes on yours are leaky, they can probably be changed to normal flexible leak off hose?

Thank you I'll show it to the garage to see what they think. It is part of the pipe section that has broken very near one of the connectors.

I don't understand why they don't just replace the pipes?
I used blue domestic fridge water filter pipes on my van and they've been fine for at least a couple of years.
This stuff (but I can't remember which size)
