egr solenoid

Hello all. Im after a mk6 2.4 EGR solenoid. Im near Chelmsford Essex. Looked on ebay but with no joy. If anyone has one or they know what one i need exactly as mine is totally useless. Regards Jason

where can i get a non genuine one, everything seems to be top secret

Where do you usually get your parts from ?
I just searched the part number (without the f) on eBay…..

This being a mk6 though,just blank the egr off

if i blank it will it run ok. no codes etc or limp mode. its a 2.4 90hp been remaped

What year van is it ?
Does it have an electrical connector on the egr valve ?

You should be able to fit a blanking plate without EML or limp mode.

it is a 2005. yes there is a connector on top of the egr

What is it doing at the moment with the solenoid faulty ?
