i'm looking for the gasket located on top side of engine compartment, like shown in picture.
Here in Italy i can't find it.

You could try a parts department for farm tractors construction plant or a windscreen company that does windshield fitment on them or get a door seal for a car and cut it down if you can find a straight bit on it long enough.

just buy some generic door seal and cut it down ?
just match the profile, it comes on a roll usually up to 3M long
