Centre Dash Speaker Grill/Storage Tray

I'm trying to replace this factory "iPad holder" mounted on top of the dashboard in a 2023 chassis cab.

Ford Part Numbers:
[*] KK31 V046B34 ABW (top/cover)
[*] KK31 RO4444 AF3JA6 ("MCA IPAD HOLDER")

(I'm unable to find any information about either of these on google)

Obviously, I don't want to leave any holes in my dashboard and I'm looking for a part to replace the holder.

I think the Transit Custom has a dashboard centre top speaker and I have also seen a storage tray - both of which look like they would clip into the same hole in the dashboard.

Is anybody able to help me locate these parts? If anybody could help my find the part numbers for either of these parts, that would be a really good start.
