This has the classic signs of over fueling need help starting
Needs leakback test on injectors ,scv,prv pump and injector learns doing on it ,I looked at a tax has done over 250,000 miles never been serviced or had chain done and will only start on carb cleaner
I've tried talking to him but he is so stupid and won't take the van of the road for a few hours to do all the nessasery work to be carried out
