for 99p from ebay now he is saying he priced it wrong :shock:

what are the chances of getting it :?: :?:

also paid delivery for it ,surely he is in the contract to send me this item even if he has posted with the wrong price ive done this before and still had to send the item regardless of the price its sold for :?: :(

Its a legal obligation for him to honour the price... but you won't get the bit - coz he won't send it!

and i have spoken with ebay :wink: and he does have to send it to me as it comes under ebay rule he has a contract as a seller to send his product regardless of what it sold for as they have said to me over the phone,it is the sellers responsabillty to make sure all info and price are correct at the time of posting the add :D

but i wont recieve it and never will so he gets bad feedback for being a w*** sending me messsages like he did :x
