It won't be compliant if it's petrol. Petrols are exempt not compliant. I notice in the listing for the one in the UK it says a new carb was fitted so must be petrol.

Wish they'd make their mind up.. I know petrol is exempt, I was merely pointing out that if it were diesel it would not be compliant...
