I think if it was a York engine out of a mk2 it would have the 4 glow plug in the cylinder head system back in the day at work I fitted two Ford exchange engines in two mk 1 vans when the mk2 was on the road and they came with the later cold start system you got the full electric system to convert to the automatic cold start and you removed all the old system I think the engines even came with the later Bosch pump and electric stop .
