Looks like a factory minibus, if that's the case then Ford fitted the windows so hopefully it won't have rotten body work at the back.

No headlamp washers. so maybe not a factory bus

They arn't factory seats and no headlamp washers. everything else about it looks like a factory bus - including the metal pillar between the 2 rear most windows - and thats a dead giveaway whether its a factory or conversion as vams and busses are different there.
