Think the owner is a bit optimistic with the estimate of 4k as it didn't sell on eBay at that price not that long ago

It usually takes a few weeks to update. If it did sell it will show the price.
There was quite a few Mk5's went through that auction.

ours fetched £3,493 we sold it for £3000 after it was built - good to see it holding good value :D
