Mk2 Dormobile Van

Mk2 1979 2.4 York Diesel Ex-Delivery Van (Dormbile-style conversion) appears to be with a 4 speed manual Gearbox from the photos.
This was for sale recently in October and apart from a similarish 1983 Mk2 (also shared on the forum here under Ebay Ads) I've never seen another advert for a Dormobile van like this.
First registered in October 1979 with the reg JLE546V before being exported to the IOM in June 1989 and has been there since.
DVLA check also says it is yellow yet it has been repainted blue at some point on the island.
