2004 mk6 transit 2.4 rwd aircon

I have a hi spec loom and so i have fitted all the parts to allow me to have aircon. Heater box, condenser, dryer, pipes and sub looms ect.

When i turn the ac switch on it lights up green, the ac pump clutch kicks in but the electric fan doesn't seem to come on.

Do i need to turn it on through ids, forscan to allow the fan to work.

If so where would i find the option to activate the fan.
