BFG Allterrains on MK8 transit

Hey ,

Im wanting to put some BFG Allterrains on my MK8 2015 L1H2 Transit.

Ive read on https://faroutride.com/ford-transit-larger-tires-upgrade/ that you can fit up to a LT245/75R16/E Tire with a little bit of trimming to the mud sheilds and the pinch seam. Has anyone got any experience with this in the UK?

Or has anyone got and experience with fitting any other sized mud tires?

Hoping these will fit the original steel rims?

I'd use 225/75R16 wich have the same or higher load ratio. They are about a 3,5% bigger and safe to mount on the OEM wheels.

Are you sure it isn't a Custom

So far as I'm aware, you can't get a Mk8 in LI in the UK, the smallest one is L2H2

Yeah your right sorry it is a Custom!

Does anyone else have any experience with larger tires before I risk it and buy some?
