is it poss to fit alloys to a van with twin rear wheels? has it been done?

It has been done but not cheap and not very practical.

Have a look around, alot of the custom Mk1 and 2 LWB are twin wheelers that have been replaced with wide alloys. Martin J Painters LWB has custom made alloy wheels.
