Facelift conversion

Hi all,

I'm interested in doing a facelift conversion on my 2017 Mk1 custom, as it's starting to look pretty dated, and, as I have a camper van, it's a bit too expensive to update the van altogether. I gather that I need to replace bonnet, bumper, lights, grill, slam panel, wings, radiator(?). Ebay seems to have a decent supply of facelift complete front ends, in the same colour as my van, so no need for any paintwork.

Has anyone done this before? I've done a search but not found much. I'm wondering if I'd need to do anything with the bonnet release, or any other work that might need doing. I'm also expecting to need to go on Forscan to code the new lights.
