Interior mod

Postby spondootre » Sun Jan 15, 2006 11:22 am

I'm in the slow process of modding the interior of my van, pretty much everything from seats, carpets, lighting etc etc I've just had the dashboard and trims out and painted them. It was a pain in the ass getting them clean and silicone free!! The blue finish on the dash is a bit darker than on the picture but the flash on the camera made it look very light.

that 1st pic of your dashless van is all too familiar to me! Nice work man, if ur doing any wiring do it with the dash out, eg, new stereo maybe? under dash neons? Be a shame to have an accident with a soldering iron and that lovely freshly painted dash!

LOL, I have got a bit of wiring to do, i've done most of it and the dash is ready to go back in but i'm waiting for x1 flashing LED that I ordered!! Everything else has come and been fitted it's just the stupid LED!! but the guy assures me it will be here tomorrow!!

This is the trim i'm putting on the doors also which was suprisingly easy to do.
