ford cosworth v6 24v in a transit

Hello there,
I have just gotten hold of a J reg granada scorpio with the cosworth v6 engine, and would like to put the engine into my transit, my main worry is wiring the engine up, is there an easy way as ive yet to strip the car, or would i have to take the entire loom out. i know a few good fellows on here have done this before and would be really greatful for any info and help.
i will be putting it into a mk1 with an MT75 gearbox,
