Wheres the best place to get lowering springs for a mk5 lwb

As per title im after some lowering springs for my van as ive gotta change them anyway so why not go lower at the same time, also what have people lowered there vans by ? so i dont go to low as i still wanna be able to use the van to carry a bit of weight
Right 5th Transit now A black petrol mk5 swb, soon to be coverted into a day van mpv.
