mk2, mk3 & mk4 transits will accept mk4,5 cortina clocks you may need to change the connector,
but its just colour for colour swap + connect the green wire to coil -ve for petrols or alternator 3rd terminal for diesels
mk5 transits will take mk1 mondeo clocks no connector changes needed,
but if your transit has an electronic speedo you will have to change the speed sensor to the type that fits between the speedo cable and gearbox and fit a speedo cable. you might also have to connect a wire from coil -ve or alternator 3rd terminal to the rev counter input pin
