Crew Cab Flatbed conversion

I need a luton bodied van for our business, how plausable (cost wise) would it be to buy a flatbed and a luton top and put them together - has anyone done this before ? i like the idea of the crew cab as often we need more room than 3 seats

i havent done it but - ive seen it done a few times, you'd need the ex-lwb crew cab and a body from a lwb i think
