what size wheel can i put on my mk 7, rwd , currently has 16", i will probably change front and back springs to lightest possible as i mostly run empty or max carry half a ton, trying to get it smooth as poss

ouch, so is there any type of tyre that is smootherthat your aware of, also do you think changing the springs to light as poss will help, the tyres at preesent are 215s
