Off the shelf or Homemade

Postby AlanN » Fri Jul 09, 2010 6:23 pm

Got stopped by a guy in Southend this aftrenoon, who has offered me one of these front bumpers, which is sitting in his garage...
Now I can't make my mind up... mine or his

yours looks good alan, but i reckon that other bumper is one of the best around - it manages to look sporty without being obvious. too many aftermarket ones and some home brew ones (not yours) look like Need for Speed rejects and are over the top on a tranny imho....

if it were me, i'd bite his hand off to have it for fifty quid...

Since seeing Rovers fitted, it kind of swayed me, I wasnt keen before then... Im gonna get it all the same. If I remember rightly, Rovers was a bit of a pig to fit and he only paid 10 or 20 quid.

£50's worth it 8) as far as i know its just a shell that fits over a standard bumper :)

i'd love one on my tourneo but it'd need the flared bits adapting to fit the edges as its designed round a mk3 :|
