There are a couple of kits available for the MK6 and Ive seen a couple of MK6's with modded bumpers... Theres a lot of options out there to look at, depends how good your are at finishing at the end of the day

not to sure alan had a look throw the ones going but mmm mmm
was thinking of maybe mondeo st or vectra sri gsi ,,,for the front and maybe estate car for rear but its just what is the best for size and fit think prob have to be a day at scrap yard with the size i need and check throw them

have a full cossy bodykit from a mk5 escort that i had been looking at but small on width
with mine now having adaptors and bigger wheels was thinking along the lines of the blue cossy powered mk5 tranny wide arches look trick them

If you do go for a st or gsi bumper, try and get 2, then cut them offset, so they meet in the middle, that way you won't have to make a big chunk up for the centre section, will save a mass or work. Better off selling the cossy kit to fund your project, I reckon, unless they aren't worth much
Connect arches do the trick really well covering wide rims, but finishing them around the doors is the hard bit and you have to be a careful you can open you sliding door. Are you thinking of the Cycovan (blue cossy YB), thats got a Transit MK3 fibre sport kit, adapted to fit on it, if I remember rightly. Does look really good 8)
