I have been thinking about adapting the originals but i believe there cast :(

was also thinking about using some pipe and shaping it to weld to some box the right size. then milling out some 8mm flat and welding it to the box, mill it flat and see what happens :?

Dont no if it will last long thou

i suppose cutting the flanges of the end of the existing manifolds and rewelding them at an angle is out of the question :?:

manifolds are off. will send you some pics

Would get one with the plate but its still holding my engine in

did look at cutting the manifolds fitting an angle piece and re welding the flanges.

I will have a go at adapting the originals. if not it will be box section and pipe

there not 24v cossy but gives the idea

they dont look too difficult to make - you can buy the bent tube and the 3-1 collecter piece. also note the jig there being set up on  we could make one of those  would be nice to have one (well 2) post it around the country for all the forum members who are doing 24v conversions :D
