... I am trying to work out the angle of attack to get the 24v into the engine bay, where do you pick up off the motor, or do you use slings under/around the engine...?

Engine will not fit in with box attached. I lifetd it using some bolt on chains on hte plenum bolts lifts it square

Dont forget you need to mod the firewall by the clutch pedel :wink:

... no the 'box is not attached, just the motor... i have used the two diag. opposed lifting eyes on the Cossie, i can get it into the engine bay, but perhaps i need to get the flywheel end down more, and the front end up more to clear the trans. tunnel and the front of the chassis...?

Mines got the standard granny sump :?

don't know what mount your using but i've always used the granada engine mount, and a little trick with the transit mounts, depends on the age of your transit as to whether it will work though.

no, the only 2 i've done were an L reg and an F reg, think it was an L reg may have been a J reg , can't remember what the LWB was, whys that.

Out my way there is a Jreg LWB with smily front. had a look around it and it is cossyd. and he said a chap called John fitted the engine :?

no thats not one of mine, my LWB had the engine taken out and sent to a guy in Texas USA, and the van got scrapped.
