I brought ratwoods transit trailer and thought it better go in this section.. no pic's at the min but there will be soon.
it came to me empty and was great as i had plans for it..
i got it a week today and done so far..
tinted windows front and back
kitchen fitted done the n/s from front to back
bench seat and storage space under seat with lift hinged top on the o/s
a total rewire on the 240volt
240volt lights fitted and sockets
sink fitted today waste sorted still to get pump for water
place for spare wheel sorted so its not in the way got its own cabby hole.
gas fire fitted for them cold nights at billing

still to do

renew towbar wire from socket to lights
12volt lighting and fusebox to rewire for the 12volt lighting inside
marker lights to be fitted
rub down and respray
then the art work to be done

i have decided to weld the under side as i went under the other night and see that it needs metal replacing to last. so even thou it is a trailer i will weld it. 1 for safty and 2 for it lasting a long while yet.

ok so far ive done a bit more all inner walls done and looking much better also done in dark blue paint. done the tap as well for the sink. i will post the pics up soon as ive been not to good as the arthritis has been getting me down. but we have been doing little bits to it now and then. i need to rebuild the battery holder so it will take two car batterys as i need one for ham radio and the other for lights. and me mig welder packed up so going to stick it with the arc.
have changed the inside lights 12v and 240v. i need to sort out the back lights as they have rotted in the cluster's. ive got some marker lights to go up on the roof at the back need some indicater ones now to go up there too. then do some at the front on the roof too. going to do the graphics in the summer maybe.but we are getting there a bit at a time.also fitting lcd screen and modded xbox for films/games for the kids/and music/and pics of the projects. has 250gb hdd drive fitted, so i can get alot on there.
