ye very easy just trim the lugs on the grill off then get some fairly small self tappers with a flange head and srew into every lug very easy :D nice and secure :D i will try and get a pic for you so you can see what im on about

:D quality mate that looks great 8) £13 quid for a new grill :shock: where from please :P :wink: i'm going to do exactly the same when i've fitted the custom bumper i'm making :D i'll do the ducts in the same stuf to tie it all in. exelent mate keep it up 8)

looks the mut nuts mate,saw one the other day made from or to look like carbon fibre on a dark silver toureno but cudnt catch him to ask about it

transit part centre they sell them on ebay but there a bit more expensive on there :(
You only need two tools in life: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.

Mesh available from builders merchants, used as plasterers exmet, (expanded metal). I only know this cos I used it on a radiator cupboard I made in the hall, and refused to pay £100 for a ready made one.

Trouble with that stuff is it's galvanised, most the mesh grill kits are stainless or anodised.

and very unsightly :lol: :lol: b&q do the stainless mesh but they are very expensive :( find yourself a decent hardware store they will do it :D
