insurance for modified vans

My van has passed with modded seats in back and i have no windows

roy do you have any more info on this law
what date does it start as i do remember you could buy a mini van with rear seats and no windows from new, and i think in the 80's mk1 astra vans were available the same

i did look on fords van configurator and i couldnt get it to allow me a panel van with rear seats tho

I used to have a ford Escort combi van... fold down seats in the back, no windows
