and just to prove it can be done - these are landrover 15" wellers redrilled to suit a mk5 8) if you look closely you can see the wheels have 10 holes :D

make sure when you do you get the nut seating angle perfectly matching the nut , and make sure all nuts are in perfect condition as most wellers have reinforcment round that area :D
