i get you - axle on top of the springs!!! :lol:

I'd be very interested to see some photos and see how looks - its a fair drop must be 5-6" :)

i take it the c-notch bits for the chassis are to raise it back a bit after the drop :?: :?

c-notch= got to put a bit in the chassis so the axel can sill move as theres about half inch of room , yea the drop will be about 4ana half to five

back axle

you will need to remove spring saddles that go UP to the spring put axle on top of springs then weld them back on them you can use spacers to lower even more if requerd but remember as i think thin the diff is set at 4 degrees down i think you will have to check before removeing

i have just had my 97 lwb lowered they did the front spring and cut the bump stops.it drop about 60mm now the steering rods are straight they told me not to go lower because it stuffs up the steering.and the loweres the rear the same on standed springs if i want to go lower on the rear i have to get custom spring made with upside down loops but they may hit the chassis rail

i love slammed vehicles my car is -60mm all round but will a lowered van attract unwanted attention thinking its overloaded i know they cant do you cos its not !!i just mean the hassle :(
