no size limit in the SVA manual ,only states where they can be mounted:
any where between 35cm to 90cm from the ground and max 40cm from the side as long as they are visible from directly behind with the doors open and closed.

Well I was followed up the high road by a copper last night, I was just waiting for him to pull me in, but he never batted an eye-lid :D Just hope the rest feel the same way!

The look is growing on me :D It was a quick job cos I only had 2 hours before I needed to be back on the road, so I will definately get another set of back lights and do them properly. (dont shout but I didnt even have time to plastic primer them  ) Think I will put several coats aof laquer on the next ones and get a really good shine :D

u can get some reflectors that are about 1 1/2 inch by 4 inches..from trailer/caravan places..

lights look very nice...I thought that the indicators had to flash yellow for vehicles made from 19?? i know my 100e has red rear indicators and white front ones but it had them from factory

I thought that about the indicators too, but like I said earlier I cant find anything in the M.O.T testers manual to state this, and MVM can find anything in the SVA test manual either, so I will just see how it goes for now.

As already mentioned. I dont think you will have a problem as long as sufficient light is emitted, all lighting has a minimum candle power allowed by the sva so they can be seen at a certain distance.

You can get proper light tinting paint in a spray can in red, blue, amber and white at about £11 a can.

Red on red paint looks good! :)

Sadly it's illegal to do that in Germany! :(

Hello, as long as the reflectors are E-marked you are legal go on to the http://www.s-v-c.co.uk take a look. as far as the lights are concerned watch out for VOSA about a year ago a mate of mine tinted his rear lights, he got pulled by VOSA and he couldn't move his car until they were changed. But they do look great!
