Well I am going to have to drop the box... its just about my least favourite job - especially as I cant drive it on to ramps at the moment

nice work, going a lot quicker than mine 
are you using the ccosworth manifolds?
the genuine svo flywheel is deeper than the pinto one by about 30mm, so the stock clutch arm works, you can just about see it in this pic

Problem! The starter isnt strong enough to turn the engine,ive had it tested and its ok, but it just isnt strong enough,has anyone else had this problem?

those manifold spacers are genius, obvious solution once you see them but no-one's ever thought of it before
