This is what I understood... And feared! :?

Does anyone have a proven solution?

What do the 2.9 (12v or 24v) boys do??

Thanks for your feedback by the way, much appreciated! :)

well with my 24v i made 2 stainless manifolds that went round it but other ideas are making spacer blocks to move the standard granada manifolds out :D

if i was you i'd get some 2nd hand tubilar ones and either bend them or cut and weld in a couple of tubes either side  :D

Thanks guys - both top ideas. :D

It won't be me doing the cutting / welding / customising (due to complete lack of talent ) - so the decision which way to go will probably be down to my skilled pal(s)...

Would appear that these are the two practical options though - thanks again! :D

Don't suppose anyone has a set of old manifolds/downpipes that they 'knocked up' for a 2.8 and then subsequently upgraded?? :D

Long shot, I know... but, if you don't ask........

Well, I've managed to source a set of Janspeed tubular manifolds for a 2.8 Sierra - locally off a pal of a pal... :)

Although they'll be cheap enough, does anyone know if they'll do the job as well as Capri ones? :?: It was Capri ones I read somewhere...

Cheers, Baggers.
