might look into rebuilding mine before i change it not sure yet either that or ill stick a cosworth clutch on it and hope for the best lol..

only other problem i have with the mt75 box is the ratios u might as well not have first gear and it isnt very good for 70 plus mph as its reving quite high

A couple of the 24v boys are using Transit TD clutches. I believe that supercharged Mk2 Escort on Ford Power is using a TD clutch. Thats got slightly more power than us 'normal' 24v peeps

BTW My Sierra 24v has killed an Escort Cossie clutch, and its only got an up-rated chip in her :(

not really - its a bit too tall :(

for the prop - i'm thinking of using the lwb amby one - shorten both ends - i might even do it properly as its got the replaceable circlip joints in it :D
its also got some sort of rubber cusioning in it :)

for the tank - im thinking of making a swirl pot out of a metal fuel can fitting it under the van right next to the origanal tank :?

apart from that got 1 brake caliper fitted and started pipeing it up :D

Just dropped the amby prop off for shortening and balancing :D i'm thinking of having an ally tank made - taken a few measurments and i think its the way to go 70litre and will fit in the same position as the origanal :D i'm just hoping i can get it made in time :)

but it's all coming together 8)

today ive done a drawing of the petrol tank - im gonna get a quote for having it made tomorrow :)

the tank will house the origanal granada sender and pump, if anyone else is putting an injection (doesnt have to be a 24v) engine into a mk1 or mk2 then email me for a copy of the drawing if you want :D
