I haven't but I've read about many that have and as soon as I get a spare set I'll send them to him....
Retro cars mag have used him for their own cars....

it cost me about 20 somthing to get 3 wheels with out tyres couriered :)

I said id updae you so today the first two banded steels arrived. these are the 2" front ones, but needed to try them on the back to see how much more i can get away with on the rear:

So that shows a 2" band fits straight on the rear. So now to use a primitive gauge to check distance. This is what i wanted, 4":

But far too much so i think im going to go with this which is 3":

Then turned it round and tried this wheel on where itll end up:

Just reading through this
I own the blue mk2
I got the them done in a local engineering shop
They did a job as they only needed a couple of balance weights either side :D
