Just looking at yr sunroof, i fitted 1 before on a mk2 flat roof
it was easy to do because the roof was not coregated, now i am thinking
doing it again on my tourneo but they r coregated roofs same as yours
but ive notice you got gaps left, what have you done, have you plugged
them, just thinking about rain.what i was thinking of doing is cutting
the coregated sides then flattening them down level to the van roof
then weld them up then cut out to the mesurement u need to fit
PS it was not a flat roof i did it was a lwb semi, sorry.
