Those tyres (235/85/16) won't fit in the standard MK5 arches

13mm dia hole and the chamfer is about 1-2mm deep depending on the thickness of the wheel as a rule go 2/3rds in - what you dont want is to go too far in and open up the 13mm hole - if you want an exact measuremnt let me know the thickness of the bit the holes will be going throughspike72 wrote:what diameater hole and how deep do you go champher
