spoke to the guys who made them and he said that the front hub to disc fixing bolts would have fouled the studs, i am unable to verify this at present but this guys a petrolhead too so i'm happy this far

on mine i counterbored those bolts and fitted allen capheads to overcome that

read this print off the drawing take it to a local machine shop and they will give you a price - it varies a lot depending on where you are i was quoted £30 a piece

but personally i would not fit ford car wheels as they are 4 stud - the only ones i would go for are granada, galaxy etc. the 5 stud ones

I had been thinking about getting some adapters made up so i could fit a set of escort cossie wheels to my van, do you think that they would be able to with stand the extra weight of the van, or am i better off getting some five stud mondeo rims and adapters ? Ive got a p plate swb by the way.

The wheels will take the weight of a van as there isn't much difference between a SWB and a Cossie.

Thats what i was hoping to hear just gotta find somewhere local to make up the adapters at a reasonable price as I reckon the cossie wheels will look different on the van

well personally although i think escort cossy wheels would look the dogs on a transit i still wouldnt fit them - they are still 4 stud athough the weight may be similar its the height of the transit you need to take into account and the extra leaverage that puts on them i'm not saying it wouldnt work - i'm sure it would but i wouldnt do it

probly 52mm out +20mm for the adapter 10mm for the tyre 80mm+



take this measurement and see what it is

I reckon there is 10mm to spare but I am worried over the extra width and if the Jag wheels can take the strain of my LWB .

well if there official jag ones i think the quality is gonna be as good as your gonna get - the ones to avoid are the aftermarket cheeper ones

also looking at the design they look pritty strong - nice thick spokes
