i think you could do with the side exit a little further out - looks theres a chance the fumes could go up under the van

I'll finish it when the weather gets better. Its a custom exhaust hook its started pouring down when i woke up so... What i need to do to make it further out is pull it round (as its got a flexi on it near the down pipe) and then hook it on from there. Im using thick wire round the exhaust and then thin wire to hold it on, thats my temp plan until i can get a hold of a mig welder...

Yes its got air con. Come's in handy when its hot

I'll get it out further when the weather clears up (Probably sunday now)

you can make a decent exhaust hanger by using an exhaust clamp rather than welding to the exhaust if its any easier
