Best method for refurbing Weller wheels?

I have a set of 16 inch weller 8 spoke wheels to refurb.

What is the best method/process to refurb them, they are Landrover redrills and have a bit of rust. I'm looking at having a white finish like the project van on here or possibly a silver finish.

Any idea of the cost to shotblast and powderoat them?

Will an alloy wheel refurb place be able to do this do you think?

It was about 35ish quid a wheel last I enquired

i had my bike wheels done i think it was £20 a wheel for the powdercoat and £10 for the shotblast but i shotblasted them myself as i had a shotblaster where i worked

place that did em was an industrial powdercoaters not a wheel refirb place - same job different prices

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to look into getting them shot blasted and powder coated.

I'll post some pics before and after when I've had them done.
