Suspension on a MK7 factory crew and alloys

Postby Adbrown34 » Sun Aug 19, 2012 3:29 pm

Hello

I'm new to the forum so sorry if this has been covered before.

I have a 2008 factory fitted crew cab with factory bulk head (T260)

I use it as my daily drive and for transporting my Newfoundland and lab to war rescue tests around the country.

I don't use it for for any heavy loads, but 300kg when the dogs and training stuff is in the car.

I am wanting to do some upgrades mainly to improve the ride and the appearance.

I have read a fee posts about flipping axles etc, but is th no way to mimic the suspension from the sport van?

Also I am after some alloys? Nothing extreme just some straight toward 16" wheels - struggling to find some some on the net to be honest?

Any thoughts?

Again sorry of this has been covered else where!
