I'm kind of a newbie here, I have a custom and sprayed my headlights, only the indicator part. But I would like to know if there is someone who can tell me if it is possible with a custom?

I don't honestly know if anyone's done it to a custom? I can't see why not? But I'd get a spare set incase you break them :D

Today I spent about an hour stripping my headlights, removing the switchback led strips, removing the projectors cleaning everything back up and removing all the silicone that sealed the lights. All this work was partly down to the fact the lights had blown a fuse on the extra light circuit I'd put in, I figured it was down to a blown CCFL driver, when I got it all apart and tested it individually that turned out to be the case. Still to go are the new switchback led's, some fibregalss and filler and a repaint, then back together.
Once I got the projectors out I replaced those stupid cold cathode rings with proper led's, so not only will there be no more blown drivers but now the projector halo's will perfectly match my drl's in the fog light holes. The led's fit like a dream right down to the millimeter, almost as though they were made for the job.

I was a little underwhelmed with mine, they look nice at night but are a bit naff in daylight, especially the indicators.
What I'll be replacing them with should work a little better, hopefully.

Be careful installing them though, I knackered the led's where I bent the tubes in the corners.

I won't be bending mine much :-), are they just led ribbon inside the tube? I can imagine that will drown out quite a bit of light intensity?
I've ordered some anyway and take them as a compliment rather than a replacement.
