Thinking of changing / uprating the intercooler on the pickup before the remap, has any body else uprated there intercooler ? What size should i go for?

I was also wondering ? Maybe a mondeo st tdci??? My only question is on the mk6 tddi inter cooler there's a plug into it and if this is disconnected it makes the van power to 75ps so I'm not sure were that will get relocated ...

I also fitted a mondeo 115ps turbo, I'm guessing the van will still be it's 100ps but seems to boost a lot quicker

I was thinking of a big front intercooler but what size would be too big??
Would i have more lag?

If my standard intercooler is 550x140x90mm would a 550x225x64mm be better or the same?

A bigger intercooler will make more turbo lag.
