Window Flushed Infills

Postby Cosha » Wed Jun 13, 2007 9:30 pm

hi all has anyone done this with much luck? im doing some serious body work and while its rough and ready for the body shop i would like to do this!

could normal filler be used or is it to deep? i dont have access to a welder or anything like that could i push them out from the inside so it has more to hold on to?

anyone?

thanks

i have know idea what you mean.

If you mean the panels in the back where windows would have been :? :?

A am doing it and ytes filler would be too deap and with expand + contraction it would crack. only real way is to weld in strips of metal. fill it smooth paint it and then drill a few holes around and waxoil the inside to stop it rusting :D

The only way to do this is to weld in plates, the trouble with filler is the van flexes to much and the filler just cracks.
