Interior custom and MK6 pcd wheel adaptors

Postby viper » Mon Aug 20, 2007 9:04 pm

Hi all, today I started the transformation of my van, I am customising my medium wheel base from the rear last top cross member going forward (from midle of wheel arches) and the remaing section is where tool boxes are going as height and distance is ideal, no more climbing in and out to get tools.

Seperation is going top to bottom with 16mm MDF and supported via means of 25x25x3mm angle iron alround and guess it would be ideal to ask if anyone who has done their interior what is it you would prefer to have done that you didnt do.

As the front section is all about comfort and so on its also going to be used to demo potential custom sound with no less than 5 amps, 2 subs, pair of 6x9s, pair of 7x10s, splits and other odds, also rear section is having a +- 22" flat panel LCD built in facing back and this needs to be out the way when not used.
Also going in is a compact fridge, abit smaller than a bar fridge but nearly as deep and toying with the idea where to put it.

Will also be changing rims for some nice alloys but Im after pcd adaptor measurements, note there are for the mk5 but would it also work on the MK6.

Any input would be greatly appreciated, links or other.

Cheers

PCD is 5x160, the only difference between the mk5 and mk6 is the mk5 has 12mm studs and the mk6 has 14mm studs.
