First post here for me, I'm not a transit owner (yet !), I'm close to buy a mk6 Transit (from 2006) in a pretty good shape !
However there is something I really don't like... it's front... I mean, OK I think I can deal with it, but I would like to try to make something a little bit original.
Yes, I know, some of you have already fitted a mk7 front end to their mk6. As I don't like to do things like the others (even if it causes me some troubles ^^'), I would like to do something like this :
Yes, I know, this is a photoshopping, but actually it seems that the bumper looks very much the same as a Focus ST Mk2, and I think the grille is also from an existing vehicule... but I can't found wich one...
So here are my questions :
- Do you think I'm mad and I should go back to the mental hospital ?
- If yes, do you agree that this bumper is the same as a Focus ST Mk2 or do you have an idea of which model it's taken from ?
- Any idea of where the grille comes from ?
If some of you have already done this kind of body work I would be very glad if you can give me some advices
