Very smart!!

Thats a thought for those who buy mondeo petrol clocks for the rev counter could get the diesel coloured backgrounds and then the redline would be in the correct place!!

these are the diesel ones but when you buy them they come with 2 different speedo heads and 2 different revcounters so you have 2 left over luckily my van came with a rev counter so it was even easier , took about 1hr to do most of that was removing trim / dash very good instructions with them . i looked on ebay but no one sold mondeo diesel ones so i went to lockwood's website and bought them there

Had to do them in Paintshop Pro.

Yeah, all the back panels & dash is purple.
I'm doing the roof lining in black & white tiger strip.
Got plans for the outside but that'll be next spring, 'cos of the weather but its getting there.

Is it a tricky job to wire the tacho? will guages from any mondeo do the job.... will the speedo, fuel & temp guage be accurate or do you have to swap the tranny ones over.... Ian

from past experience it seems to be a simple job the worst part is getting all the plastic dash off in one piece

The only thing you really need to watch with the Mondeo gagues is that you need a diesel one otherwise the red line will be in the wrong place.

cor mate had to ajust the colour settings on the monitor , how bright is that then , reminds me i used to have range rover that i completly covered all the intirior in with bright fluffy matirial , purpil roof , fred flintstone(orange black spots) for the seat covers and red fluffy door panels, oh and green pillows was well cosy! but wear glasses when you open the window cos on mine all the fluff went airbourne just like sitting inside a dyson , and may i sugest avoid wearing black clothes. ah fond memories, was cosy though.

nice steering wheel bolts, lucky some of these dont have to go for an SVA test ... they would laugh themselves to death
