Custom Clear rear lights

Not sure if anyone has done this before or if im re-posting, but i did it yesterday and pleased with outcome so thought i would share.

i've removed the red filter in the rear lights and replaced with a CREE red LED canbus bulb, actually much brighter than a standard bulb behind the red filter and it looks a lot sleeker IMO.

its a bit of a fiddle to get it out but can be done without smashing anything and can be put back in if mind changed.

like what you did. I'm going to do this to. I ordered the red bulbs already.

I make some other changes to my rear lights. Added a LED strip to the side of the lights. See my topic.
