Got my disks today 8) if anything the offset is too much! if i can't make a bracket to pick up on the back plate bolts i will have to weld on to the axle casing so it shouldn't be too much of a problem :D

the sierra pads fit well on the disks and they fit inside the wheel!! :D so, so far so good!! :D

the only problem is i still can't get the drums off the axle im going to use- managed to bend an 8" puller on them today

try tipping boiling hot water over them and belting the center boss on the axle

if that dont work id grab a grinder and cut the sucker off :D
Yeah i know its big green and rusty so move your Porsche before i bash it with 460 cubes of fords finest cast iron

Update!! did a bit more today got 1 halfshaft out and a hub off!! :D
so far cant see any problems im likely to encounter, and its looking like i might be able to make a bracket for the caliper mounted off the back plate bolts!! which is handy incase i need to swap axles!! :D

Well the hubs and halfshafts are at the machine shop!! £60  ouch  but there is a fair bit of machining to do and if i was doing them it would take me more than 2 hours - and thats £30 an hour so i cant complain and i know im gonna get a good job!! :D
while i was at it i took the diff out - i'll have a search through what ive got and fit the highest ratio!!
also inspected the bearings and there as good as new so there going back in :D just the seals, o-rings and gaskets that i'll replace!! :D

Got me hubs back today!!! :D :D :D
got them all assembled for a trial fit and looks great, but if anything the disks are too deep :x and the mounting for the caliper will need to be angled back :x also im a bit unsure of clearance with the caliper and leafspring :?

so might be forced into 5 link and coilovers!! 8)

if i remember i'll take some piccs tomorrow!!! :D

forgot to say earlier ... if we're talking twin rear wheels here ... dont try and remove the drums on their own at first. You need to take the drums off with the hubs intact, then remove the little locating screw, give a good spray of wd40, then ... wheel nuts facing up .... drop the drum from about knee high onto a solid floor (i used thin cardboard on the floor too) so that the shock drops the hubs through the drum (you need to leave the wheel nuts about 1/4 to 1/2 way down) if that doesnt work, do it from waist high ... but make sure you drop it squarely, trying to drap the drums off the hubs usually results in a whole heap of frustration, and you usually end up damaging the drum.
